Theme for 2026 is: The Power of Reinvention: How Women Redefine Themselves in Every Season of Life, will explore how women navigate change, embrace growth, and step into new chapters with confidence both professionally and personally. Designed to inspire, empower, and celebrate the women of West Virginia, the Women Warriors Summit features transformative discussions led by trailblazing women from across industries and communities. Throughout the day, attendees will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities women face at work, at home, and within themselves, while walking away with tangible tools to foster courageous conversations, elevate their voices, and lead with purpose and authenticity.
