§1 Scope

These terms govern the use of the evensos platform, operated by D-MIT-S Lehmweg 6 26506 Norden. Deviating conditions are not accepted unless expressly agreed.

§2 Service

evensos brokers events and tickets. For tickets of own organisers, the contract is between buyer and organiser. For linked third-party offers, the contract is between buyer and the respective third party.

§3 Registration

An account is required to purchase or sell tickets. Information must be truthful and complete. The password must be kept confidential.

§4 Order and payment

Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer. Acceptance occurs via e-mail confirmation. Payment is processed through Stripe; methods are shown at checkout. Prices include statutory VAT.

§5 Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered as e-tickets with QR code via e-mail and are also available in the user account. No physical delivery occurs.

§6 Right of withdrawal

For tickets to events on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g(2)(9) BGB is excluded.

§7 Organiser obligations

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of published information and the execution of the event. Content must not violate third-party rights.

§8 Fees

For tickets of own organisers, evensos withholds the platform fee shown in the account area.

§9 Liability

Unlimited liability applies for damages from injury to life, body or health, and from gross negligence or intent. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage.

§10 Final provisions

German law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is Norden.
