Wholehearted Chorus Presents: The Way Knows the Way
Sunday, 11 October 2026, 22:00
What you'll hear in this 100-minute, participatory concert: a diverse array of songs learned by heart, sung without sheet music, by people in your community who have spent a season living inside them. The chorus calls these songs "sacred technologies of the heart — music built to uplift, to heal, and to remind a roomful of strangers that they belong to each other. Another way to say it: you will probably cry, and you will definitely leave lighter than you arrived.
This concert features special guest songleader Lyndsey Scott as the chorus sings into a single question: In an overwhelming world, what is mine to do? We will invite you inside 15 songs with us, all designed to broaden our bandwidth for thriving aliveness in these wild times.
Deepen your experience by listening in advance to the concert's accompanying podcast by director Littlebird: https://asongforallofus.org.
Tickets: Standard General Admission $30 / Supporter General Admission $50 / Kids 2-13 $15 / Infants & lap children free
If bringing young children, please bring activities to support their quiet attention through this 100-minute show, and take them out of the space if they are disturbing other patrons.
The mission of Wholehearted Chorus is to create a more harmonious world by singing together. It was founded in 2014 by Lisa Littlebird, and now has more than 230 singers with two chapters, in San Diego and on the Central Coast of California.
