 What to Expect
Upon arrival at the Louisville Palace guests will be greeted by staff and there will be a brief security check. Protocols are in place for medical exceptions (pacemaker etc.). Everyone must have the appropriate ticket/credential for entry. Re-entry is not permitted.
Prohibited Items:
· Weapons of any kind – including but not limited to pocketknives, guns, mace, pepper spray, or anything that can be used as a weapon (as determined by our security staff)
· Outside food or drinks (isolated exceptions made for medical necessity)
· Alcohol and illegal drugs (smoking and vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the venue)
