Grant of Rights
The Ticket Account Holder, on behalf of themselves and any minors or guests attending the event under their tickets, irrevocably grants permission to the Team, the League (ECHL) and their respective designees, licensees, and agents to utilize, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Ticket Account Holder's (and such minors' or guests') image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, photographic display, broadcast, or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction of, at, or relating to the event, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation commercial, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further authorization or compensation.
