The Real Thing

 One of Britain’s most-loved soul groups, The Real Thing are bringing their legendary sound to the Concert Hall.

Formed in 1972, the group went on to become one of the biggest names in British soul, funk and disco, with timeless hits including ‘You To Me Are Everything’, ‘Can’t Get By Without You’ and ‘Can You Feel the Force’. Their 1977 classic ‘Children of the Ghetto’ cemented their place in British music history.

Original members - Chris Amoo and Dave Smith - continue to bring their unmistakable sound to the stage, backed by a live band and decades of experience. Expect huge vocals, soulful grooves and all the hits that have kept The Real Thing on the road for over 50 years.
