The Origin is part one of our complete three-part education pathway.
It is an immersive three-day training designed for indoor cycling coaches who demand a higher standard. 
This is not another hyped choreography workshop. This is education.
Over three intensive days, we focus on the foundation behind what we do: understanding the why behind movement, refining coaching language, and building classes with a clear intention in mind.
You’ll learn skills that allow you to make informed choices. The goal is not performance, but to understand.So you can apply what you learn in every class you teach.
