Since 1993, Mark Iration has run Iration Steppas out of Leeds as one of the UK&#39;s most influential sound systems &mdash; the outfit that helped define &quot;UK Steppers,&quot; a harder, heavier strain of dub built for serious bass weight. Tracks like Scud Missile, Kilimanjaro and Reminiscence are genre standards, and the sound system&#39;s reach runs through a generation of dub that followed, from O.B.F to King Alpha to Dubkasm. Thirty-plus years in, Iration Steppas remain exactly what they&#39;ve always been called: the Vanguard of Dub. Support on the night from Heavy Congress selector Stick Maraboo, the full Roots Recycled Sound System crew.
