In this class, you will be guided through the chakra system to open your energetic body and receive wisdom from within. You will experience a guided, channeled meditation that helps you re-center into your core and find balance within. As you go deep within, you will relax into a sense of complete peace and inner knowing, while tapping into your innate sense of flow and graceful ease.
In this meditative experience, you will be guided with sound to realign your cellular body, charging yourself with light from within and positive energy. We will engage in an inner alignment practice to balance the chakra energy centers and gain insight from each area of the body on what is working well and what can be let go. We will also identify the parts of life that help us regain our footing and keep us grounded so that we can better infuse them into our daily lives.
During the sound bath, all negative and lower frequencies will be removed with quartz crystal sound bowls so that you can clear space to hold your core frequency. The power of pure sound and intention will create coherence in your body, mind, and spirit allowing for full relaxation and alignment.
