Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning Girls Only Attack and Defence Skills Camp Block @ cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens
This rugby camp is open to girls of all abilities, giving more girls who might be new to the sport the flexibility to try rugby!
Block Booking Opportunity:
Our attack and defence camps are running on seperate days (see below dates) but with the opportunity to block book them together.
1-Day Attack Camp - Friday 21st August:
Join our Attack Rugby Camp to hone the fundamental skills necessary for enhancing your attacking game. Throughout this camp, you’ll delve into decision-making, catch-and-pass techniques, effective support play, and dynamic changes in running lines. In the TAG age groups we will break down the basics of these skills with different TAG games.
1-Day Defence Camp - Wednesday 26th August:
Take your defence to the next level at our Defence Rugby Camp. Players will improve tackle technique, skills around the breakdown and defensive positioning while learning how to counter attacking shapes with confidence around rucks. For those in TAG age groups, this will be non-contact and focussing on intro to defence using a range of fun and engaging TAG games.
Come and be part of this exciting opportunity to elevate your attacking and defensive prowess!
The Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning Rugby Skills Camp is open to girls aged 5 - 16 years of age, in the Under 6 - Under 16 age groups (Year 1 - Year 11).
We boast a highly reliable, friendly, and trusted team of expert rugby coaches whose primary goal is to ensure that your child leaves camp having had an unforgettable and enjoyable learning experience. All staff are minimum England Rugby Level 2 qualified or above and are subject to Enhanced DBS checks and clearances. We have fully qualified First Aiders on-site at all times, as well as identified safeguarding leads for each camp.
