How are the tickets delivered?
Tickets will be sent to your email address after ordering. If your tickets failed to arrive please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Do I have to bring the printed ticket to check in?
Each individual ticket has its own QR code which must be clearly visible when shown at the box office. This can be either printed or on your phone.

Will there be tickets on the door?

Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non refundable but are transferable by you.

How can I transfer my ticket(s)?
You can transfer tickets to someone else by sending them the QR code and ticket number for each individual ticket. You don't need to contact us.
